Meet your doula

Support rooted in lived experience.

Hi, I’m Karina Cuevas, and I believe every mother deserves to feel supported, heard, informed, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

My passion for becoming a doula comes from my own journey through motherhood, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.

These experiences have shown me just how important it is to have someone by your side who listens, advocates for your needs, and provides compassionate, judgment-free support.

As a military spouse, I also understand the unique challenges military families can experience—especially when loved ones are deployed or family support is far away. I have a special place in my heart for families who may need an extra source of encouragement during this life-changing chapter.

My doula services include birth support, postpartum support, lactation support, and birth planning. My goal is to help you feel confident in your choices while providing emotional, educational, and practical support tailored to you and your family.

It would be an honor to be part of your journey. I would love to connect with you in person or virtually to learn about your needs, answer your questions, and discuss how I can support you through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

You deserve to feel supported
